If you enjoy them on a warm day, we recommend storing them in a cooler with an ice pack to avoid having them melt. The next day, in your after-glow phase, you may feel slightly tired from the experience, depending on how much you take.

We recommend enjoying one or two squares at a time. Eat one additional squares every fifteen to thirty minutes until you are satisfied with your experience.
